Role Description:
Position assists in the areas of coordination associated with API 650/653 tank cleaning and repair, tracking and managing scope change logs, and construction RFI tracking.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform work activities efficiently while continuously looking for cost-saving opportunities
- Develop project scopes, generate and obtain cost estimates, and prepare specific tank repair project objectives
- Utilize applicable value-improving practices (VIP's) in order to optimize project scope and costs
- Verify appropriate project safety reviews are being implemented and followed per the safety procedures
- Review permits and JSA's for accuracy and thoroughness
- Build and harbor professional/courteous relationships with team members
- Perform daily audits of work areas
Qualifications & Skills for Success:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Tank repairs experience
- Refinery or chemical plant experience
